Salary: $98,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

• Hold a masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Have current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and writing skills, management ability, and effectiveness working with others on a treatment team.
• Be proficient with systems such as CentralReach.

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings, under the direct supervision of our Executive Director and Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train paraprofessionals to implement instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Bring organization, self-motivation, flexibility, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to the role.

We are Heartlinks ABA, a growing, multi-state company owned and operated by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018. We provide quality, clinically proven ABA therapy, primarily through naturalistic teaching in homes, supporting infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder as they develop communication, social interaction, behavioral, and daily living skills. We are seeking experienced BCBAs and new graduates for opportunities in North Carolina. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with in-home and hybrid options, Monday through Friday and optional weekends.
