What You Will Do:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems while helping deliver dependable, weather-resistant results for customers.
• Work with a crew on TPO, PVC, EPDM rubber, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, standing seam metal, tile, and other commercial roof applications as assigned.
• Assist with waterproofing, flashing, terminations, sheet metal work, gutter installation, and preventive building maintenance tasks.
• Use hand tools, personal protective equipment, and fall-protection practices responsibly while following jobsite safety procedures.
• Help keep projects moving toward deadlines by arriving prepared, communicating with teammates, and maintaining a strong focus on quality control.

What You Bring:

• You are dependable, team-oriented, and ready to learn or expand your skills in commercial roofing and construction.
• You can perform hands-on outdoor work and follow safety expectations, including the proper use of fall protection and personal protective equipment.
• You are able to pass a drug test and are committed to maintaining a professional, safety-focused work environment.
• You can work efficiently toward project deadlines while taking pride in accurate installation and quality workmanship.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required for consideration.

Preferred Roofing Experience:

• Experience with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, built-up roofing, modified roofing, or standing seam metal is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with waterproofing, sheet metal, gutter installation, roof terminations, solar panel coordination, or quality control inspections is welcomed.
• OSHA 10 training, safety management knowledge, and experience following E-Verify employment eligibility requirements are beneficial.

Pay and Benefits:

• Earn competitive hourly pay of $16 to $24 per hour, with compensation based on your roofing experience and capabilities.
