Job Description

Support the production floor and engineering team by efficiently pulling small part products and delivering them to lines. Utilize hand carts, bins, and both automatic and manual pallet jacks for material handling. Use a computer to identify and print pick lists, verifying part numbers, quantities, locations, and work orders to ensure accuracy. This role requires walking up and down stairs to retrieve necessary parts, using elevators for transporting carts of products to the first floor. You will lead by example to ensure that production needs are met on time.

Responsibilities

• Pull small part products for the production floor and engineering team.
• Deliver products to production lines using hand carts, bins, and pallet jacks.
• Identify and print pick lists using a computer.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, locations, and work orders for accuracy.
• Transport products using elevators and stairs as needed.
• Lead by example to ensure timely fulfillment of production needs.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of experience in order selection/kitting.
• 1+ year of experience with inventory management.
• 6+ months of experience with RF scanners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with pallet jacks preferred.
• Experience similar to curbside pickup roles.
• Knowledge of inventory accuracy.

Work Environment

Work the 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. The warehouse is located on the second floor next to a large production area. A smock is provided, and safety shoes are required. The workspace is supervised from upstairs, with material flow managed via computers. Note that only one forklift is available, and temporary employees do not operate it.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
